Nikki is wonderful to work with! We were trying to plan a girls' trip for this coming winter and just weren't getting great options from another travel agent. Luckily, I saw a post of Nikki's on Facebook, which turned out to be the perfect package and we booked the next day. She is very attentive, friendly, and made the process super easy. Highly recommend

Long Story Short…Hurricane Matthew ruined our plans to travel from our destination wedding in New Orleans to our honeymoon in Jamaica. Each problem we encountered Kristina made herself available to us. She stayed on the phone with me as we were stranded in the New Orleans airport trying to figure out a resolution which we did. Kristina was helpful in telling me where to begin in filing a claim with Travel Insurance even as she was dealing with the unexpected death of her mother and grandmother. I tried to give Kristina space and to be self-sufficient, but she continued to follow-up with me as to where things were at in the process.
When I was hitting road blocks with Travel Insurance and Funjet Vacations, Kristina reached out to her contacts to get the matter resolved. Thanks to Kristina for going above and beyond expectations, my husband I will finally get to take our honeymoon in January or February. Kristina is epitome of professionalism and customer service.

Kristina has been helpful to me in planning travel for many years now. Flying out of Sioux Falls can be a challenge at times, and Kristina has been helpful in working out the details.
When it has come to special vacations, she has made some very helpful recommendations. My wife and I just got back from our 40th Anniversary getaway. We had several ideas in mind, but none of them seemed to work out due to travel time, flights out of Sioux Falls, etc. As we talked it over with Kristina she made a recommendation for a city we had not really considered. She had a favorite resort there that she had been at several times. We talked it over and chose her recommendation (Sandos Luxury in Cancun). It was everything she had said and more. The resort was smaller, well-staffed and wonderful.
